Products are made to order therefore they are non refundable
EXCHANGES apply when:
- product is faulty
- product does not look like the advertised item
- the fit is faulty
Exchanges must be send back within 14 days of receiving your product. The exchange postage is the responsibility of the customer. Turnaround for exchanges is 14 days from receiving your product back.
Exchanges will NOT be accepted when:
- You have changed your mind about the product
- You have provided incorrect measurements
- You have worn the item but decided you no longer want it
- You have damaged the item
- You have input incorrect shipping address causing your item to go missing
If you have input incorrect delivery address you will have to cover the shipping cost to have it shipped back to you
Customised products and made to measure are non returnable. They are customised to your needs and cannot be resold. Please provide all your measurements to avoid disappointment.
Your package is subject to customs fees upon arrival. We strive to provide full transparency regarding potential additional charges, and we recommend being prepared for this when receiving your shipment.
- All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.
- All UK exchanges are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class signed.
- UK orders over €150 qualify for FREE tracked delivery.
- International products are shipped via Royal Mail International Standard Tracked delivery
